Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or placing an order. By browsing or buying from our shop, you agree to the following:

2. What We Offer
Wild Within is a mixed-media art project offering:
Original artwork commissions
Giclée art prints
Greetings cards
Giftwrap
Bookmarks & other small gifts
3. Prices & Payments
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT as stated.
Payment is required at the time of order.
We accept payments via Stripe (credit/debit card), Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days.
We ship to UK, Europe and Internationally.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to your total.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
5. Returns & Cancellations
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with UK consumer law.
Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
Return postage is paid by customer.
Refunds are processed within 2-3 days of receiving the returned item.
Please note: custom or personalised items (including commissions) are non-refundable.
6. Commissions
Commissioned pieces will be discussed in advance and require a 20% deposit of final price agreed.
Timelines vary and will be agreed individually.
We reserve the right to refuse commissions that we are unable to fulfil.
7. Copyright & Use
All artworks and designs remain the property of Wild Within Art.
Purchases are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, copied, or resold without permission.
8. Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or events beyond our control.
Our liability is limited to the value of your purchase.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. The latest version will always be published on this page.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be settled under UK jurisdiction.
